What day is check-in?
In the high season, we require a 7-night stay and go from Friday to Friday. Check-in is anytime after 4.
In the low season we allow stays for at least 3 nights.
What amenities does the Cozy Condo include?
We have a full kitchen with all the appliances needed to cook if you choose to do so.
There are 4 twin beds (bunk beds), and two queen size beds. Linens are NOT included. You can bring your own linens or you can rent linens from the following places:

What linens will we need to rent?
Sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, and beach towels. Blankets for each bed are provided, as well as pillows.
What beach items are included?
We have beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas.
How far is the beach?
The beach is about a 3 minute walk. There are several sets of stairs to climb as you go over the dunes.
